From Interstate Highway 35, take Exit 261 and go east on Highway 29 through Georgetown.  At around 6 miles from IH 35 you will cross the San Gabriel River.  Shady River RV Resort is 1 (one) mile past the river crossing on the right side of Highway 29.  The Office is in the 2 story frame house (see picture below).
